below for more conference registration information.
"Early Bird" registration deadline - September 3rd
Why an online registration?
We have heard from many of you that you were wanting the opportunity to
register online via credit card for the conference. We are making it available
this year as a test pilot for possible future conferences.
Can I still pay by check?
Yes! Fill out your registration form and indicate you wish to pay by check.
The final page is your receipt. Simply make 2 copies of this page and send one
with your check to Acteva (their address will be on the receipt) and the other
is for your records or travel request. Checks must be received two week prior
to the event at Acteva for your registration to be honored. That should give
institutions enough time to have checks cut and sent.
Why are the checks going to Acteva and not MAC?
When we decided to do this, we decided that we should let them handle both the
credit cards and the checks. Since this is a trial, we wanted to see how well
it all worked together.
Will I be able to register on-site using a credit card?
No. We will not have the facilities to take credit cards at the Registration
Desk. On-site registrations must be made in cash or by check.
