The deadline for making reservations for the rates listed above is Monday, September 5, 2005. Reservation requests received after 5:00 PM local time at the hotel on September 5, 2005 will be accepted on a space and rate availability basis. MAKE YOUR RESERVATIONS EARLY!

RESERVATION METHOD
Reservations will be made by individuals calling the Hotel directly at 434-971-5500 and referring to the Group and meeting name (MAC Librarians Group) or by calling Central Reservations at 1-800-THE-OMNI Hotels (1-800-843-6664). Reservations must be received on or before September 5, 2005. Please do not try to request the MAC room rate using the online Web reservations form. The special MAC rate of $109 is good for any night -- October 2 - 5.
