News from the States Jean L. Siebert received her MBA, with a Health Services Emphasis, on December 14, 2002 from West Virginia University. Update! The Maternal and Child Health Library and the National Center for Education in Maternal and Child Health at Georgetown University. The library's new Web site is http://mchlibrary.info and its e-mail address is mchlibrary@ncemch.org. The site features electronic knowledge paths on selected paths, databases, and full text publications. Also at the new address is the National Maternal and Child Oral Health Resource Center.
